Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that during high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–18 business days
- Canada: 10–18 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country.
- These charges are not included in the product or shipping price
- The customer is fully responsible for any customs fees
Cosplay Swords is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Customs Delays / Seized Shipments
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is legal to import in their country.
If an order is held or seized by customs due to local regulations:
- We are not responsible for the release of the item
- Refunds are not guaranteed
However, if the shipment is not released within two weeks, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Cosplay Swords is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received:
- Please contact the carrier directly
- Contact us at contact@cosplayswords.com for assistance
Damaged Items in Transit
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or solution where applicable.
Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and warehouse location.
You will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.
